Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Designing and improving recipes
  • Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods, such as cookies, bread, cakes, muffins, scones, etc.
  • Bake mixed doughs and batters
  • Decorating and displaying finished products
  • Operate machinery
  • Decorate cakes and pastries
  • Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.
  • Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
  • Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.


Required Education & Experience;

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a baker;
  • Completion of a high school diploma is mandatory;
  • Completion of a Baking Arts course is proffered


Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills;
  • English language knowledge;
  • Must be available to work early mornings starting 5:30 am and weekends;
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively
  • Self-disciplined, eager to learn, and have a passion for the food and service industry


Pay Rate/ Salary:  $17
