Duties:
- Make room reservations, registering and booking guests in and out of their rooms
- Provide information and services to guests and receive payment for services.
- Represents the first point of contact with guests.
- Welcome guests and handles all stages of a guest’s stay.
- Answer telephonic queries and queries in person regarding hotel services.
- Respond to guest’s complaints and concerns.
- Keeping record of room reservations and availability at night.
- Coordinate with Night Managers and Security Guards.
- Reconcile all the accounts and process invoices.
