Job Duties:
- Greet guests, politely ask them to wait (giving them an estimate of how long)
- Seat guests and provide them with appropriate menus.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the menu and be prepared to answer questions
- Take, verify, and relay food and beverage orders as appropriate
- Promptly deliver food and beverage items as they are ready
- Ensure guest is satisfied with food and/or beverage items that were delivered
- Present bill to customer and be prepared to answer questions about it
- Process payment by whatever means are applicable (debit, credit, cash)
- Inspect and maintain dining room for neatness and cleanliness
