We are in need of a Manager to manage the daily operations of the restaurant located at 1041 Unit-A, Ridgeway Ave, Coquitlam, BC V3J 1S6, Canada

Minimum Education: Completion of Senior Secondary School is required.

Job Description:
- Plan menus by consulting with the cooks; estimate food costs and profits; adjust menus.
- Monitor food, presentation, and service.
- Provide customer service, recruit, train, and supervise staff.
- Resolve any complaints of the customers and the internal staff.
- Make a schedule and review job contributions.
- Book catering orders and help in planning menu.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Actively participate in the restaurant’s financial objectives by forecasting, developing, implementing, and analyzing budgets; scheduling expenditures, and by initiating other corrective actions.
- Implement operational procedures.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing sanitation standards and procedures.
- Be able to supervise 5 to 10 people.
