Job Requirements:

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Supervision: 1 to 2 people

Tasks

• Assist the Restaurant Management team in maintaining proper coverage via team member schedules to ensure that the restaurant attains/exceeds all customer service standards.
• Supervise, coordinate and delegate the execution of operations tasks and ensure compliance with all Company policies.
  • Have passion for coaching and mentoring team members in job duties, health and safety procedures
  • Having strong commination Skills
  • Work with the Restaurant Management team to ensure quality, production and service standards are met and to create a safe, efficient and professional environment for customers and other employees.
  • Handle and follow-up customers' complaints or feedbacks
  • Maintain records of inventories, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit production reports, identify specific opportunities for optimizing efficiencies of the restaurant operation.
