Food service supervisor

Location- Richmond Hill, ONL4E 1A5
Salary - 17.00 to 20.00 hourly (to be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per Week
Terms of employment - Permanent employment, Full time
Shift - Day, Evening, Flexible Hours, Morning, Shift, Weekend
Start date - Starts as soon as possible

Experience - 1 year to less than 2 years of supervisory experience in food service industry
Responsibilities
-Establish methods to meet work schedules
-Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
-Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
-Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
-Hire food service staff
-Ensure food service and quality control
-Prepare budget and cost estimates
-Address customers' complaints or concerns
-Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
-Prepare and submit reports
-Establish work schedules
Ability to Supervise 1 to 2 people,
