Duties:
- Co-ordinating, assigning tasks or jobs to workers and crew engaged in duties such as shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, or maintaining other related activities.
- Participate in the improvement of policies, procedures for safety and security, standards and regulations.
- Resolve work related complaints, implement corrective measures, and enhance processes.
- Requisition supplies, materials and equipment.
- Make sure the computer system, machinery and equipment run smoothly.
- May conduct performance reviews of monitored workers.
- May perform the same tasks as workers supervised.
- Provide training in job duties.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work.
