Duties:
- Oversee and lead a team of truck drivers, encompassing recruitment, training, and scheduling.
- Responsible for organizing driving activities and track switch control panels.
- Create a work schedule and coordinating work with other departments.
- Resolve workplace issues and suggest ways to boost performance.
- Provide training in job duties to enhance their skills and knowledge following by safety measures.
- Recommend personal actions like hiring and promotions.
- Resolve work related operational issues.
- Make budget, work-related reports and monitor the spendings.
- Ensure that safety procedures are properly followed.
- Generate and evaluate performance reports, offering suggestions for enhancement.
