Arka Experts is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization into the next phase of growth and success. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership and develop a strategic plan to drive company growth and expansion.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including education consulting, tutoring services, and test preparation programs.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement among the team.
- Lead business development efforts, identify new opportunities, and establish strategic partnerships.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of executive leadership experience in the related field.
- Proven track record of strategic planning, business development, and achieving growth targets.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
