We are looking for a dynamic and organized Office Administrator to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth and efficient office environment.
Position Overview:
As the Office Administrator at MediLink Global Pharma Inc., you will be the backbone of our office operations. You will provide administrative support to various departments, manage day-to-day office tasks, and ensure our office runs smoothly. This role is essential in helping us maintain an organized and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
- Communication: Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and databases, including employee records, inventory, and financial documents.
- Meetings and Events: Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation of materials.
- Visitor Management: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Team Support: Assist team members with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
Education - A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certification in office administration or a related field is a plus.
Wage - 30$ per hour
