Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Answer electronic enquiries
Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the fIow of information
Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
Reconcile accounts Post journal entries Order office supplies
Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
Prepare trial balance of books
Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
