We’re not just your go-to bagel shop and home to the best bagels in Toronto. We’ve been catering in Toronto and the GTA since 1997, delivering party platters, sandwiches, wraps, salads, and other light, fresh, and filling options prepared daily in our bakeries in Toronto & GTA.

Our catering services are flexible and affordable for parties large and small, managed entirely by our friendly in-house team to ensure quality and freshness. We’re happy to plan and coordinate custom menus for breakfast catering, brunch catering, corporate catering, or small event catering in Toronto or GTA – just get in touch and let us know what you need!

At this point we are looking for 2 experienced and enthusiastic restaurant managers who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations ensuring that our business is running smoothly and efficiently to provide our customers with pleasant dining experiences that live up to our brand standards.

Duties:

  • Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Provide direction to employees regarding operations and procedural issues while developing employees by providing ongoing feedback, establish performance expectations and by conducting performance review
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Develop, implement and analyze budgets
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation
  • Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Recruit, train and supervise staff

 

REQUIREMENTS:

2-3 years of relevant experience is required

Secondary (high school) graduation certificate
