Wage:

-       $29.75 per hour

-       Employees shall receive overtime pay as per Alberta Labour Requirements. 

 

Job Duties:

 

  • Work under the supervision of an Installer or Lead Installer to install Residential HVAC equipment and accessories.
  • Provide installation support as needed to Installer or Lead Installer.
  • Assist in repairing, maintaining, and installing heating, air conditioning, and plumbing equipment.
  • Loading and unloading of HVAC materials from the vehicle.
  • Organizing parts and stock.
  • Move tools, equipment, and other materials to and from work areas.
  • Maintain parts stock in the work truck.
  • Perform other labouring and elemental tasks as required.

 

Education and Experience

  • Secondary school completion is preferred.
  • 1-2 years’ experience working on gas heating or plumbing equipment.

Physical Environment. / Requirements

  • Indoors and outdoors in a Hot and cold weather
  • Extended periods of time of sitting or crouching
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Working on ladders
  • Use of power tools.
  • Occasional kneeling, pushing, or pulling.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including, days, evening, weekends, and holidays.
