Retail Store Supervisor (NOC 62010)

 

 

One (1) permanent full-time position of Retail Store Supervisor (NOC 62010) is available at 9868704 Canada Inc. o/a County Line Store Innisfil, located at 1445 Innisfil Beach Rd, Innisfil, ON, L9S 4B2.

 

Main Duties to be completed as per the lead statement of NOC 62010:

• Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales staff and cashiers.
• Assign duties and prepare work schedules for sales/merchandise workers.
• Manage staff members and assign them duties to them for stocking, cleaning, labeling, decorating store etc.
• Attending customers in person/over the phone and resolving customer complaints on time like employee behaviour, product lack, returns, under warranty returns/exchange etc.
• Maintain inventory including fuel supply and implementing inventory strategies according to seasonal and consumer demand.
• Assisting in new staff hiring, training of sales skills.
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes daily, tracking the sales yearly, merchandising and personnel matters, purchase/sale entries & submit to the Manager.
• Assist in authorizing payments by cheque and the return of merchandise.
• Monitor local competitors.
• Perform the duties of person supervised, as and when required.

 

Requirements:
Minimum six (6) months of work experience
Completion of Secondary school.

 

Wage rate : $20.15/hour, 40 hours per week
