Position Name: Front End Supervisor

Overtime: $34.50/hr (As per BC Provincial Standards- for over 8 hrs/day; 40 hrs/wk)

Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people
Job Duties:
- Manage cashiers, baggers, and customer service staff
- Ensure that checkout lines are moving efficiently, and customers are satisfied with their experience
- Monitor the cash registers and ensure that all transactions are accurate
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff
- Monitor inventory of supplies, such as bags and receipt paper, and order as needed
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures, as well as any applicable laws and regulations
- Participate in performance evaluations and disciplinary actions when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service and lead by example for the front-end staff.
