Responsibilities
Tasks
- Hire, train, and manage spa staff, including massage therapists, estheticians, receptionists, and attendants.
 
- Ensure exceptional customer service by greeting clients, addressing inquiries or concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.
 
- Oversee inventory levels of products, supplies, and equipment such as order supplies as needed, monitor usage, and ensure that inventory is well-stocked to meet demand.
 
- Assist in creating and managing the spa's budget, monitoring expenses, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue or reduce costs.
 
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the facility by ensuring equipment is well-maintained and that all staff adhere to sanitation and safety protocols.
 
- Create promotional materials, organizing special events or packages.
 
- Handle various administrative duties, such as schedule appointments, manage bookings, and maintain client records. Also handle billing, invoicing, and cash management.
 
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for spa staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
 
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, licensing requirements, and health and safety standards.
 
- Resolve any customer requests, issues or conflicts that arise among staff or clients.
 
- Prepare and submit staff timesheets, progress and other reports as per the management request.
 
- Order, sell merchandise and authorize return of merchandise.
