Job Description:
- Co-ordinate and supervise work of general farm and harvesting labourers
- Supervise, operate and maintenance of farm machinery equipment
- Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
- Maintain quality control
- Perform general farm duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Capable of working in a fast-paced labour-intensive environment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs without strain
- Punctual and willingness to work long hours
