Hourly Pay: CAD 26.00

Hrs/Week: 40hrs

Part/Full time: Full time job

 

Responsibilities:

1. Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions

2. Reproduce, diagnose and resolve technical problems encountered by users

3. Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties

4. Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties

5. Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical supporter
