Tasks

• • The Sales and Marketing Consultant will support the execution of Uptown Med Spa’s local marketing activities and service promotions.
  • The consultant will assist in carrying out campaigns for the clinic’s services such as Botox, laser skin rejuvenation, microneedling, PRP, and facials.
  • Responsibilities include updating promotional content using clinic-approved templates, scheduling ads, and preparing in-clinic marketing displays.
  • The consultant will coordinate seasonal offers and referral programs with guidance from the clinic’s management team.
  • Collect data on campaign performance and assist in organizing client engagement events such as open houses or new treatment launches.
  • Basic client inquiries will be handled using predefined scripts and standard responses across platforms like email, chat, and social media.
  • The consultant will also update service listings on platforms such as Google Business and booking tools, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
  •  Tasks include supporting the creation and distribution of printed and digital materials, organizing client databases, and maintaining contact lists used for future campaigns.
  • The consultant will contribute to trend analysis by observing local competitors and gathering insights for the team’s review.
