Job Duties
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of drivers who operate commercial motor vehicles.
- Monitor, coordinate and report work activities with other departments.
- Ensure compliance with all companies, clients, Ministry of Transportation and Department of Transportation (DOT) policies and procedures.
- Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve performance.
- Recommend personnel actions such as hiring.
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Supervises and train staff/drivers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
