Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective operational processes and standards.
  • Lead recruitment efforts by selecting suitable candidates and ensuring comprehensive onboarding and training programs are in place.
  • Create and manage staff schedules, while consistently monitoring and evaluating employee performance.
  • Supervise inventory levels, track revenue trends, and make necessary adjustments to pricing and procedures.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Enforce compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Handle various tasks essential to upholding the store’s professionalism and standards.
