Job Duties and Requirements:
- Offer support and be available for tasks that require movement and pay attention to care recipients’ physical limits.
- Prepare meals as per the dietary instructions given.
- To ensure that the kitchen is clean, including washing dishes and utensils.
- Carry out light housekeeping tasks such as dusting, making bed, vacuuming, and handling laundry.
- Be available to the needs of care recipient at any time, offering assistance as and when required.
- Administer the medicines schedule and keep track of the daily dosage.
- Keep a close check on care recipients’ condition and inform in case of any changes or concerns.
Other Terms:
4% vacation pay as per British Columbia regulations will be paid each pay day on a bi-weekly basis.
