JOB DUTIES:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily kitchen and front-of-house operations.
• Manage food preparation, ensuring top-quality ingredients and presentation.
• Lead and mentor staff, creating a positive work environment.
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and budget control.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
• Ensure excellent customer service.
