Work Settings: Gas station & Convenience store
Wage & Benefits: $21.90 - $23.00/hr., depending on experience and based on 30-36 hrs./wk., with a 4% paid vacation
Overtime: Overtime will be paid after 8hrs/day, or 44hrs/wk.
Education: Completion of secondary school
Experience: At least 1-2 years of sales experience
Language: English
Job Description:
– Oversee activities of store staff, which includes working on floor, and the cashiers
– Assign tasks to staffs and prepare work schedules
– Maintain inventory and order necessary merchandise
– Authorize payments and activate gift cards
– Help customers’ questions to find items, return of merchandise and perform
– Handle comments, complaints, and more in a professional manner
– Cover additional shifts as necessary to meet the operational needs of the store
– Sell merchandise to customers if necessary
– Ensure compliance to health and safety standards,
– May train or make arrangements for training of new staff
