Job Title: Administrative Officer

Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
Coordinate the activities of the HR department to align with organizational goals
Evaluate and oversee daily operations
Motivate and support staff to achieve performance objectives
Open, review, and distribute mail and other correspondence
Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day office operations
Establish and implement office policies and procedures
Manage contracts and agreements
Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and handle electronic inquiries
Order office supplies and maintain inventory records
Arrange travel, itineraries, and reservations
Perform accurate and timely data entry
Consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure
Proficiency in office software and data entry
Experience in HR coordination and policy implementation is an asset
