You will be responsible for the following duties:
Operations Management Consultant (NOC 11201)
Responsibilities:
- Analyze Business Operations and Strategies?Conduct a comprehensive review of current business operations, workflows, and strategic objectives to identify strengths, inefficiencies, and opportunities for growth.
- Identify Operational Challenges and Opportunities?Pinpoint bottlenecks, redundancies, and areas for improvement through data analysis, employee feedback, and process audits.
- Develop and Implement Strategic Solutions?Design tailored business strategies and streamlined procedures to address identified challenges, aligning with organizational goals and market demands.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders?Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive organizational change, ensuring buy-in and effective implementation of new processes.
- Monitor and Optimize Changes?Track the performance of implemented strategies using key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting approaches as needed to maximize impact.
- Provide Employee Training and Support?Deliver comprehensive training programs and ongoing guidance to ensure employees are proficient in new systems, policies, and workflows.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance?Maintain adherence to industry standards and regulations, implementing checks and balances to ensure consistent compliance across operations.
- Enhance Interdepartmental Communication?Foster seamless collaboration between departments through clear communication channels, regular updates, and cross-functional meetings.
- Evaluate Initiative Success with Data-Driven Insights?Measure the effectiveness of business initiatives using analytics, generating reports to inform future decisions and strategic recommendations.
- Leverage HubSpot CRM?Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage customer data, track sales pipelines, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to enhance customer relationships.
- Streamline Project Management with Insightly?Use Insightly for efficient project management, including task assignments, timeline tracking, and detailed reporting to ensure project success.
- Optimize Client Request Management with Zendesk?Implement Zendesk to track, prioritize, and resolve client requests promptly, improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Experience in Asia Clients is a plus.
- Boost Engagement and Productivity with CRM Analytics: Harness CRM reporting tools to analyze customer interactions and operational performance, driving improved engagement and office productivity.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Language: Native or near-native fluency in English (written and verbal), with exceptional communication skills.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business management, business administration, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and team leadership.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is an advantage.
Specific Skills
- CRM Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot CRM, with demonstrated ability to manage complex datasets, automate workflows, and generate actionable insights through advanced reporting.
- Project Management: Strong working knowledge of Insightly or similar project management platforms, with experience in task prioritization, resource allocation, and project tracking to ensure timely delivery.
- Customer Support Systems: In-depth understanding of Zendesk or comparable customer support ticketing systems, with the ability to manage ticket workflows, resolve escalations, and enhance customer satisfaction metrics.
- Process Optimization: Proven expertise in CRM-driven process optimization, including the ability to design, implement, and monitor streamlined workflows to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
