Tasks
- Develop policies

- Develop social and economic profiles of an area to encourage industrial and commercial investment
- Conduct analytical marketing studies
- Review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals
- Develop portfolio of marketing materials
- Develop and implement business plans
