Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager will manage and oversee daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shifts. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating food service operations. The manager recruits, trains, and supervises staff while ensuring adherence to company standards. They monitor staff performance, schedules, and service quality, as well as control inventory, maintain records of sales, wastage, repairs, and supplies. The manager ensures compliance with sanitation, safety, and quality standards, prepares and submits operational reports to management, and establishes methods to meet work schedules and operational goals.

Job Requirements / Skills:

  • Strong customer service and leadership skills

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written English)

  • Ability to manage staff and coordinate schedules

  • Experience in inventory management and cost control

  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with hot surfaces and prolonged standing
