Terms of Employment:Permanent, Full Time

Salary:$37.00 Hourly, for 35.00 Hours per week

Skill Requirements:
Education: No formal education required
Minimum 2 years of experience in the field are required
Languages: Written and Oral English is required.

Specific Skills:

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of Rope Access Technicians 
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities management
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions
• Prepare work progress reports
