Job Responsibilities:
- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
- Prepare and post job advertisements, and collect, screen, and shortlist applications.
- Advise applicants on employment requirements and terms of employment.
- Coordinate and participate in candidate interviews, selection, and placement.
- Notify applicants of selection results and prepare job offers.
- Arrange staff training and provide information on employee programs and entitlements.
- Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with staffing and OHS requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary school.
- A college diploma in a field related to personnel management such as business administration, industrial relations, or commerce, or completion of a professional development program in personnel administration OR Some experience in a clerical or administrative position related to personnel administration is required.
